I completed a diagnostic call on a trane air conditioner upon my arrival customer advised me that suction line had been freezing. He had just changed the filter yesterday. Had a low suction pressure and a low superheat. I Found evap coil completely coated with particle build up restricting air flow through the coil. I Advised customer that we would have to schedule to return and pull the coil to clean it. Gave customer pricing, at this time customer wishes to hold off on having it cleaned. At time of departure system operational but suction line beginning to freeze.
I installed a Five Star Electric Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU)and a Honeywell T10 Programmable Thermostat included in price is a 10 year warranty on party and 1year warranty on labor it also includes a 1 year SMA agreement cycled and monitored the system operating normally at this time
I went to the customer's home to replace the drain pan. The pan is draining properly at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on an AC unit. I found the start wire was burnt in half on the herm side of the capacitor, but the customer did not want the repair to be done. I checked the refrigerant levels and those were fine. The system and is operational at this time.

I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I gave an estimate to install a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.

After removing the Lennox electric furnace and heat pump, I installed a Five Star Variable-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I returned to replace a bad control board. I cycled the system multiple times and had no issues. System is operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found the wire to the outdoor unit was cut in half. I replaced the wire and cycled the system with no issues. System is operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found the evaporator coil was severely rusted. I informed the customer I would look into finding a replacement coil and will call back with options.
